An acupuncture consultation at Advanced Healing Arts begins with a thorough health assessment, where I’ll ask detailed questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms. This is followed by a physical exam, which may include checking your pulse, inspecting your tongue, and palpating specific areas to assess energy flow (Qi) imbalances. Based on this, I will create a personalised acupuncture treatment plan. We will also discuss the treatment process and expected outcomes, and I will answer any questions to ensure you're comfortable and informed before proceeding.
